"Shard Yard"
This piece exemplifies the beauty and intrigue that can exist in a broken mess.  This is a "beautiful disaster" if you will, the broken shards of pottery beg the question of what disaster befell these pots? What magnificent plants once grew in these clay houses? What will become of these shards? Can they be rebuilt to once again house plants? Or will they lie as they are basking in their former glory as so many people do each and every day?

Dancing Clowns

This Screen is a piece I did many years ago when my focus was on stained glass. My inspiration came from Kachina dolls which are prolific among the Native American cultures in the Southwestern, United States. The dolls are known for their mythological story telling value. In this piece I sought to showcase some of the more playful characters in the Kachina genre.
